The Leadership Team Dynamics Coaching Program
“We are what we repeatedly do… excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
— Interpreted from Aristotle by Will Durant
Experience a revolutionary leadership development program uniquely designed for the dynamic needs of tech industry leaders. Combining behavioral science with real-world scenarios, our program cultivates critical soft skills and builds agile, results-oriented teams.
We leverage our proprietary TrustMetryx™ software to drive and measure behavior change, providing insights into leadership impact on team dynamics. Our dual focus on individual and team coaching ensures comprehensive growth.

This program is more than just training – it’s a strategic investment into your leadership and team dynamics. Get ready to redefine leadership in your tech organization.
Element 1. Foundations
Our Foundations workshops combine behavioral science, organizational psychology, and technology to develop crucial soft skills over three two-hour sessions.
These skills build trust, create psychological safety, and help form strong relationships across the organization. Using these approaches leaders improve performance and drive behavior change quickly.
- Clarifying Purpose, aligning Values, and revealing Norms.
- Motivating Goal Pursuit.
- Accelerating Behavior Change.

Element 2. Gaps & Nudges Workshop
The Gaps & Nudges Workshop focuses on understanding and improving team dynamics and effectiveness while making progress on tough, important challenges.
We start by identifying experience-expectation gaps on the leadership team. Then the team works together to prioritize those gaps and behavior changes that will close those them.
Element 3. Team Coaching
For real change, people need to learn new skills and put them to use on real problems.
Team coaching continues the learning and growth journey, reinforcing foundational skills while continuing to identify gaps and behavior change to close them.
Monthly 90-minute sessions begin with a retrospective of progress towards closing experience-expectation gaps. We then identify additional areas for improvement and actions for closing gaps or focus on skill development.

Element 4. Executive Coaching
Individual Coaching complements the team coaching, focusing on inspiring personal and professional potential.
Dr. Hurley uses a stakeholder-based approach to engage each executive in a thought-provoking, data driven process. He develops behaviors and coaching skills that positively impact the executive, their team, and the broader organization.
Reflections on Leadership
For CEOs and Executive Leaders
The CEO or division leader role presents distinct challenges and opportunities for influence.
As part of the executive coaching process, Dr. Hurley works with the senior leader to help them understand what separates the best organizational leaders from the rest through three exercises and ongoing coaching, where the focus is on reflecting on priorities and effectiveness.
- The degree of change you aspire to lead across six main responsibilities.
- Your intensity of focus on the sub-elements of those six main responsibilities.
- Drawing on the results from the first two exercises, we’ll pinpoint high-leverage improvement areas and converting insights into actions.

The 5th Element. Continuous Measurement & Feedback
Putting Hard Metrics on the Soft Stuff
Our proprietary TrustMetryx™ software accelerates behavior change at scale. TrustMetryx measure how leader behavior and team dynamics are affecting people’s work experience and performance.
Dr. Hurley uses TrustMetryx feedback to dynamically steer coaching conversations and incorporate behavior change into day-to-day work.
Program ROI: Measurable, Observable Results
We conclude the program when results have been achieved – typically in 12 to 24 months – based on four factors:
- Consistent TrustMetryx Relationship Strength Scores (RSS) of 80+ within the leadership team, across teams, and with key stakeholders
- Stakeholder feedback specific to leaders meeting skills and behavior change goals.
- CEO / Executive feedback that the leadership team is demonstrating desired behavior change.
- Each team member’s coaching expectations are fulfilled.
