Dr. Hurley assembled a global transformation team that developed roadmaps for technology, product, and organizational changes necessary to position the commercial business for long term success. The team’s primary goal was to identify the gaps that would need to be closed for successful execution with an emphasis on people challenges and behavior change. With the new organizational design, responsibilities, and behavior change plan for the business in hand, the 2000+ person global business unit executed as a high trust network of teams.
